Amsar progressed smoothly and in 2003 Amsar decided to cater the MELAMINE Faced MDF needs of the market and in 2004 we started a High Tech. plant for Manufacturing Melamine MDF boards, Our Quality surpassed the other brands and Within a short time established a reputation that the customers demanded only Amsar‘s Melamine MDF boards.
Producing Melamine Faced MDF is not a simple activity, it involves production of Melamine RESIN, so we put a Chemical plant for manufacturing RESIN, then we need to manufacture Decorative Melamine Films for Lamination on MDFs, so we put Impregnation machine and a Huge Boiler, then the Decorative Melamine Films need a Power PRESS for Lamination of Melamine on MDFs so we put a very High quality Super power press of 11000 Kilo Newton.
Now our Melamine MDF manufacturing plant was complete and we started production and our MDF gained a reputation in market and in 2005 we decided to put another High power PRESS therefore in 2006 we installed another PRESS and we started Production with state of the art NEW machines supplemented by well qualified staff and skilled work force & delivery pickups and our own TRAILER for transportation.
Amsar continued its journey of success and further to cater the construction industry We started Joinery and carpentry division in 2011. Melamine MDF production is an ART in itself, it is not just an manufacturing activity because we had to deal with more than 140 different wood designs and Chemicals
